Microsoft Excel is the spreadsheet programme where we can store our data easily with the help of Microsoft Excel. We can present our data as a graph, making charts, used for calculation and we can record our data about all sorts of business processes.

Excel is used to create grids of text, formulas specifying calculations and numbers. which is used it to record income and expenditures, chart data, plan budgets strategy, present fiscal results.

Microsoft Excel can be programmed to pull in data from external sources as automatically making attendance sheet, running the data by the formula such as financial models to upgrade such important information in real time.

We can work in excel with frequently emailed and otherwise shared to exchange data and perform various calculations.
